Project Scope:
Revitalization of downtown streetscape and town park with fountain.
Project Specifics:
Preparation of a Master Plan and Construction Plans addressing the Town Park, historical monuments, drainage improvements, street lighting, tree scaping, planting, parking alternatives, and intersection signalization recommendations for revitalization of an urban downtown area. Services included town meeting, specific development details coordinated with local business, and public awareness information.

Augusta State University - Amphitheater
W.R. Toole Engineers provided project management, construction inspection, and construction administration for the Augusta State University Amphitheater located in
Augusta - Richmond County, Georgia.
Project specifics included program manual generation including technical specifications, bidding and negotiations, construction management, construction inspection, and design changes in support of project completion in accordance with the contract.

Enterprise Mill - Augusta, Georgia
Redevelopment of an 1800's textile Mill into residential apartments, commercial and professional space.
Developed planning concepts & construction documents for the redevelopment of an 1800's textile mill previously operated by the Graniteville Company. Services included master planning of the 9-acre campus comprised of exterior parking and open space areas, design of new storm, sanitary and potable water infrastructure. Plans were also developed for the rear courtyard area, which serves as a central hub of activities at the Mill.

Milledgeville Streetscape Improvement Project

Project included design of new sidewalks, including handicap access, street lighting, and street furniture. Special design elements also included preparation of Categorical Exclusion and Section 106 documents, and submittal of environmental permitting data.
